- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely shocking!! I went to pick up my 6 year old daughters prescription for impetigo and the lady said she couldn't find it and that it hadn't been sent over from the gp!! It was a Friday night and the surgery was closed so I was beyond panicking so I was told to go home and ring 111 to which I did and I was told a prescription had been sent so to go back to the chemist and ask again!! I live a good 30mins walk from the chemist and so I tried to ring 28 times on the Saturday morning just to get no answer!!!! I then walked in the heavy rain to ask again about prescription and they told me it had been there since the Friday evening!!! So the lady on the counter obviously didn't do her job properly and as a result caused inconvenience and a delay in my child's treatment and also told me to ring 111 unnecessarily to which someone who really needed urgent medical advice was probably delayed!!! Just not acceptable and so it's a clear message that this individual needs 're training!!!! Or as she's evidently not competent she should be dismissed!!!!by PAul SaundersFebruary 03, 2017
